At EduPlay Creations, all of our products are hand-built to order and delivered directly by our team or via a trusted courier service. Because our items vary in size, weight and custom specifications, delivery details may differ depending on the product.

We currently deliver across Kent and the surrounding regions. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us to discuss options.
Delivery Method

Local Deliveries: Delivered personally by our team to ensure safe handling of larger items such as planters, sensory tables and outdoor furniture.

Delivery Times
All items are made to order. Typical build and delivery times are:

All delivery fees will be clearly communicated before your order is confirmed.
Access Requirements
For larger items delivered by our team, please ensure there is safe and suitable access to the delivery location. If access is restricted, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Damages
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will repair or replace the item as quickly as possible.
Collection
Collection from our workshop may be available for certain products. Please contact us to arrange this.
