1. Overview

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with EduPlay Creations (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

EduPlay Creations designs and builds custom outdoor learning furniture and accessories for schools, nurseries, SEND settings and private customers across the UK.

 

 

 

2. Orders & Custom Builds

 

 

  • All items are hand-built to order.

  • Custom orders begin once design, specifications and pricing have been agreed in writing.

  • Any changes requested after production has started may incur additional costs.

  • Lead times vary depending on order size, materials and workload. We will provide an estimated lead time at the point of ordering.

 

 

 

 

3. Pricing & Payment

 

 

  • All prices will be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due before delivery unless agreed otherwise.

  • Prices may change if material costs increase, but we will always notify you before proceeding.

 

 

 

 

4. Delivery & Shipping

 

 

  • Delivery is carried out either by our team or a trusted courier, depending on the size and location of the order.

  • We will provide an estimated delivery date once your items are ready.

  • Delivery costs are confirmed at the time of ordering.

  • If you are unable to receive the delivery on the agreed date, please notify us as soon as possible.

 

 

 

 

5. Installation (if applicable)

 

 

  • Some products include installation; others are delivered ready-built or partially assembled.

  • If installation is required, we will agree a date in advance.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible and safe.

 

 

 

 

6. Cancellations & Returns

 

 

 

Custom products

 

       Because our items are made to order:

 

  • Custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

 

Standard items

 

 

  • Standard (non-custom) products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

7. Damages & Faults

 

 

  • If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We will repair, replace or refund the item depending on the issue.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper installation is not covered.

 

 

 

 

8. Product Care

 

 

  • Our furniture is built from treated timber suitable for outdoor use, but natural weathering and movement can occur.

  • We recommend annual maintenance such as checking fixings and applying additional protective treatment if needed.

 

 

 

 

9. Liability

 

 

  • EduPlay Creations is not liable for injuries or accidents arising from improper use of our products.

  • Children should always be supervised when using sensory tables, play equipment or outdoor furniture.

 

 

 

 

10. Warranty

 

 

  • All products include a 12-month workmanship warranty.

  • This covers structural faults but does not cover natural timber movement, weathering or wear from regular use.

 

 

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

 

All designs, images, and text on this website are the property of EduPlay Creations and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

 

 

12. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.

Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
