Refund Policy

1. Standard Products

 

 

If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

 

 

2. Custom / Bespoke Orders

 

 

Custom-built and personalised items cannot be refunded, as they are made to your specific requirements.

Exceptions apply only if the item is faulty.

 

 

3. Cancellations

 

 

Orders can only be cancelled before work has started. Once materials are purchased or building has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

 

 

4. Returns

 

 

For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
